The Enterprise Technology Services Specialist at Ridgeline is a pivotal role within the IT team, focusing on delivering reliable, secure, and user-centric technology services. This position is based in New York, NY, and involves managing corporate accounts, endpoints, and office network services, with dedicated support for the New York and Dublin offices. Key responsibilities include providing advanced IT service management support, independently resolving complex Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues across software, licensing, endpoints, identity, and employee technology. The specialist will act as an escalation point for issues requiring deeper investigation, lead onboarding and offboarding processes, deploy and maintain corporate Macs through Jamf, and build automations for high-volume manual workflows using various tools and scripting languages. Additionally, the role involves applying approved AI tools to ticket triage, troubleshooting, log analysis, knowledge-base development, and script generation, while ensuring outputs are accurate, secure, and maintainable.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, service desk, or endpoint management, with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues independently. Hands-on experience administering macOS and Jamf, managing Google Workspace users and security settings, and a working knowledge of identity and access management concepts are essential. Experience using AI in a support environment for activities such as ticket triage, troubleshooting, documentation, or script authoring is also required. Practical automation skills, strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities, and IT service management fluency are crucial for success in this role.
The typical starting salary range for this position is $87,000–$102,500 per year, with final compensation determined by factors such as candidate experience and expertise.
