Enterprise VP, Head of Latam
The Enterprise Vice President, Head of Latam at Wellhub is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and client retention across Latin America. This position oversees the Enterprise Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, and Channel Partner teams, ensuring cohesive collaboration and strategic alignment within the region. Key responsibilities include managing and scaling the Enterprise Client Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, and Channel Partner departments. The role requires leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified regional strategy. Additionally, the VP acts as the main internal and external reference point, championing cross-functional topics and maintaining a strong team spirit. Strategic alignment is crucial, involving participation in planning discussions and offering insights for future company growth. The VP also partners with the PR team to act as an external spokesperson for Wellhub.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with an MBA considered a plus. A proven track record in sales, managing large client portfolios, leading directors, and engaging with C-level stakeholders in complex environments is essential. Experience in the HR spectrum or B2B sectors across Latin America, particularly in Argentina and Mexico, is highly valued. The role requires 10 to 20 years of experience, including at least one leadership position of 5+ years with demonstrable strategic and financial impact. Experience within large-scale organizations such as financial institutions, global consultancies, or multinational corporations is preferred. Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills are necessary, along with fluency in English.
