As an experienced Civil Site Manager at BESIX Nederland, you will oversee the execution of complex civil, infrastructure, and marine projects. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for instructing, coordinating, and monitoring the progress, finances, quality, safety, working conditions, and environmental aspects of the project. You will lead daily meetings with the project team, serve as the point of contact for the project, and have daily leadership on the construction site within your field. Your responsibilities include ensuring safe, timely, and correct execution of work, maintaining contacts with clients, users, suppliers, and subcontractors, and reporting directly to the chief site manager within the team.

We are looking for a flexible, stress-resistant, and entrepreneurial professional with excellent communication, social, and technical skills. You should have a completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in civil engineering, and at least 5 years of execution experience in multidisciplinary water and/or industrial projects. Proven leadership capabilities, VCA-VOL certification, a BHV diploma, and relevant experience with planning techniques (e.g., MS Project), as well as knowledge of BIM and inspection programs, are required. A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is essential.
