The Global Internal Audit (GIA) team at Experian is seeking a Generative AI Solutions Development Specialist to enhance our audit processes through innovative AI applications. This role is integral to our mission of independently evaluating the company's control environment and governance processes, leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide valuable insights across the organization.

In this position, you will develop, optimize, and deploy applications utilizing large language models (LLMs) to support the Global Internal Audit function. Key responsibilities include assessing and implementing AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Meta to meet specific use case requirements, employing prompt engineering techniques to extract precise outputs from generative models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI-based solutions into our systems. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI and contributing to the establishment of best practices for efficient model utilization are also essential aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required for effective communication with global teams. A strong command of Python, including libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn, is essential, along with practical experience in Generative AI and LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Llama. Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering methodologies, API integrations, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also necessary. Familiarity with natural language processing toolkits like HuggingFace or NLTK, and the ability to write high-quality, maintainable code while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, are important qualifications.
