Estonian Speaking Support Associate (part-time)

Wolt is seeking a part-time Estonian Speaking Support Associate to join our Support team in Tallinn. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery operations by assisting customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone communications. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a rapidly growing technology company.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include providing real-time support to our users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. You will collaborate closely with other team members to develop and enhance our support functions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset. You should be a quick learner, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Estonian and professional working proficiency in English are required. Additionally, you should be available to work 4-hour shifts, 5 times per week, between 08:00 and 22:00, and be able to work on-site at our Tallinn office.

Compensation for this role starts at €8.05 per hour during the probation period, increasing to €9.78 per hour thereafter.
