Event Operations Senior Associate

This role is remote with occasional travel to the company's New York City headquarters.
The Event Operations Senior Associate will be responsible for managing the logistics of Garner Health's Tier 1 owned events, such as the Strategic Benefits Summit and Nexus by Garner. Key duties include overseeing venue and vendor sourcing, managing event budgets, coordinating onsite experiences, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The role requires significant travel, up to 50%, to support events on-site.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in event operations, logistics, hospitality, or a related coordination role, preferably supporting large multi-day or corporate events. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, execution-oriented work style are essential. Experience with event and project management tools, as well as budget, contract, and invoice processing, is also required.
