The Events Marketing Specialist at OneTrust plays a pivotal role within the Global Events team, contributing to the planning and execution of over 80 annual events, including community user groups, executive roadshows, major tradeshows, and flagship conferences like TrustWeek and Sales Kickoff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their events or marketing careers who are eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of flagship conferences and one-day events, coordinating with vendors, managing speaker and breakout logistics, assisting with OneTrust's presence at third-party tradeshows, and supporting community and customer events such as User Groups and global roadshows. The role also involves maintaining detailed project documentation, budgets, and timelines, supporting procurement processes, and assisting with registration websites, surveys, lead capture, and ROI reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. They should have a keen interest in marketing and event management, be eager to learn about vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistics coordination, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. A high degree of technical competence with registration systems, event reporting and analytics tools, and project management platforms is also desirable.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. A degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Experience working cross-functionally within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and proficiency with Microsoft tools are also important. Experience with CVENT event website building, registration management, and content management is a plus.

OneTrust offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, flexible PTO, equity stock options, annual performance bonus opportunities, retirement account support, paid parental leave, career development opportunities, and company-paid privacy certification exam fees. The company embraces an office-first culture, encouraging three days a week in the office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person.
