Executive Assistant
Celonis is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders in North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the daily operations of key company executives and senior managers within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and involves close collaboration with various departments globally, as well as the Executive Support Team.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements for the GTM leaders. Additional duties include assisting in the creation and editing of documents and presentations, organizing internal events such as Global Leadership Meetings and team events, and providing support during customer or executive meetings held in the Raleigh office. The role also entails acting as a point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-growing IT company, consulting industry, or banking sector. Experience working in a tech-driven environment, particularly supporting sales leaders and teams, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, excellent command of English (both written and spoken), strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are essential. A high level of integrity, discretion, and a service-oriented personality are also key attributes for this role.
