AI & Management Consulting Intern (Value Engineering - DACH Market)
Celonis is seeking an AI & Management Consulting Intern to join its Value Engineering team in Munich, Germany. This team focuses on identifying and delivering the value that Celonis can offer to customers by bridging the gap between technology and business. As a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, Celonis is dedicated to enhancing business processes through AI and data-driven insights.
In this role, the intern will analyze customer data to increase transparency in business processes, understand customer pain points, and translate them into actionable use cases within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The intern will collaborate with customers and partners to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve their objectives. Additionally, the intern will quantify the financial impact of implemented use cases, prepare management-ready presentations, and present findings to C-level executives and decision-makers. Leveraging Celonis' data modeling and AI capabilities, the intern will uncover process inefficiencies, generate insights, and deliver high-impact, data-driven value propositions to clients.
The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program. Strong communication skills and an interest in interacting with potential customers are essential. Confidence in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences is required. A passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and large language models (LLMs) is important, along with experience in consulting and a strong interest in data analytics and applied AI. Proficiency in SQL and Python or related database query languages is desired, and completion of Celonis' "Rising Star" modules is a plus. An analytical mindset, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively, and fluency in German and English are also required. Full-time availability for at least five months starting from June or July 2026 is necessary.
