Manager, Value Engineering
The Manager, Value Engineering at Celonis leads a team dedicated to managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. In this capacity, the Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing accounts. Key responsibilities encompass translating customers' strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases, communicating value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives in partnership with sales leadership, and serving as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio to solidify Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform. Additionally, the role involves leading customers through the Celonis Value Journey, supporting the deployment of new features, apps, and products, and advancing strategic growth programs to create value.
Candidates should possess domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives like Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation. A deep understanding of industry trends and the strategic challenges faced by C-Suite executives is essential, along with the ability to build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap. Product expertise is also crucial, including experience guiding customers' IT teams through their Celonis Process Intelligence journey and demonstrating the power of Process Intelligence by building dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows. Strong project management skills, including planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines, are required.
