The Value Consultant - Data Analytics & Supply Chain Transformation at Celonis serves as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in achieving their strategic objectives and realizing substantial value through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role encompasses the entire value journey, including initial engagement, expansion, adoption, and renewal phases. Responsibilities involve translating client goals into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, developing tailored business cases and demonstrations, conducting value workshops, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful results and establish long-term partnerships.
In this capacity, the Value Consultant works closely with the Sales Team to define account strategies and engage corporate prospects. They translate high-level business needs across key sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain into critical AI and process-mining use cases, creating customized business cases, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-value projects to secure new accounts. Additionally, they oversee the execution of business-critical implementation plans, collaborating with delivery teams and the client's in-house services to ensure effective deployment of solutions, thereby unlocking maximum operational value and return on investment for senior leadership. The role also involves driving account growth, adoption, and renewals by embedding Celonis as a strategic transformation platform, managing multidisciplinary account teams, and aligning continuously with Sales to identify expansion roadmaps and effectively communicate results to C-level executives.
Candidates should possess over four years of experience in leading technical pre-sales and delivery projects, including defining AI roadmaps, building compelling ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions. Domain expertise in the supply chain sector across various industries, such as Manufacturing, Consumer, Retail, Services, and Resources, is essential, with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases. A solid understanding of AI fundamentals, including techniques like retrieval-augmented generation, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning, is required. Proficiency in Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and building dashboards is necessary. Technical skills in Python and common machine learning libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch), as well as data engineering tools and technologies, are important. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for leading customer workshops, conducting executive presentations, and managing stakeholder interactions in Spanish.
