Executive Assistant (MD's Office)

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) at Sony Music Entertainment in Mumbai provides strategic, administrative, and operational support to ensure the MD's priorities are executed efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, discretion, digital fluency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and strong stakeholder management. The Executive Assistant plays a key role in managing the MD's schedule, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and preparing high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external engagements.

Key responsibilities include creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and other internal and external engagements. The Executive Assistant translates the MD's ideas, data, and strategy into clear, visually compelling presentations, bringing strong digital finesse and storytelling ability to slide creation to ensure impactful communication. Additionally, the role involves managing and optimizing the MD's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings efficiently and proactively, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and managing shifting priorities effectively.

The position requires 8–10 years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives, with demonstrated experience in creating high-quality executive presentations and briefing materials. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced PowerPoint and presentation design capabilities, and strong digital proficiency with a sharp eye for visual storytelling are essential. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, along with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, is also required. Proactivity, resourcefulness, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise are key attributes for success in this role.
