Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Product & Engineering and Customer Experience teams in Bellevue, Washington. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within these departments.

The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across cross-functional stakeholders, and draft and edit high-quality correspondence, reports, and leadership materials. Additional responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas, conducting research, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or operations within a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting technical or cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Google Workspace and task management tools such as Asana, Zoom, and Slack is required. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage vendors and workplace operations are essential.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $134,000, with potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of equity and short-term incentives such as bonuses or commissions. Health insurance benefits encompass medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Retirement benefits include a 401(k) plan. Paid time off is uncapped for exempt employees and accrual-based for non-exempt employees, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs. Additionally, Talkdesk offers 14 paid holidays each year and paid sick leave.
