The Senior Deal Desk Manager at Talkdesk plays a pivotal role in supporting the enterprise sales organization by overseeing the entire deal lifecycle—from initial structuring to final pricing approvals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise technology transactions, providing the strategic judgment and operational structure necessary for complex, high-value deals.

Key responsibilities include acting as a commercial advisor for enterprise sales, managing complex deal structuring, pricing methodologies, and compliance for non-standard terms. The role involves facilitating cross-departmental deal evaluations with Legal, Finance, and Executive teams for high-priority strategic opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Deal Desk Manager will develop and update pricing models and discount policies to balance market competitiveness with corporate margin goals, collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve sales velocity and win rates through streamlined approval workflows, and evaluate market intelligence and internal pricing trends to mitigate revenue loss and enhance global commercial strategy.

Candidates should have over 8 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance within enterprise B2B technology companies, particularly in SaaS, AI, cloud infrastructure, or software sectors. Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority, including at the executive level, is crucial. Analytical rigor combined with sound business judgment is necessary to navigate complex deals swiftly without compromising commercial integrity. Experience in structuring multi-million dollar enterprise transactions with C-suite-level stakeholders is highly valued.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $175,000, with potential eligibility for long-term incentives such as equity and short-term incentives like bonuses or commissions.
