The Director will also lead discovery and prioritization in complex, ambiguous environments, engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs, and define success metrics across platform adoption, reliability, security, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves managing the product lifecycle across a portfolio of platform capabilities and building, leading, and mentoring a team of product managers.
