The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment. A developing network of relationships with influencers in the Vietnamese market is essential. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are also required.
