Executive - Social
The Executive - Social role at WPP Media involves overseeing the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. This position is part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include developing strategies and plans for paid social campaigns, executing and optimizing these campaigns across various social media platforms, and creating performance reports and review decks for clients. The role also requires understanding project and client requirements to deliver accordingly and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy campaigns effectively.
Candidates should possess a graduation or post-graduation degree in any stream and have 1+ years of experience running paid social campaigns. Experience in creating media plans for client briefs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously are essential. Hands-on experience in social media advertising, ad creation, and optimization is required, along with an active interest in digital media, paid media planning, strategizing, web analytics, and other aspects of performance marketing. A Meta certification is considered a plus.
