Experienced Analyst, Private Capital Markets
Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners) is seeking an Experienced Analyst to join its Private Capital Markets (PCM) team in New York, NY. This role involves collaborating closely with senior bankers to enhance the firm's investor relationships and support the execution of capital raising and M&A processes. The Analyst will be instrumental in developing tools, datasets, and marketing materials that drive client solutions and expand the investor network.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing market data to improve investor targeting and discovery efforts. The Analyst will assist in creating marketing materials and investor communications to strengthen connections across the firm's network. Additionally, the role involves building internal infrastructure and robust datasets to deliver efficient solutions for clients, as well as contributing to live capital raise and M&A processes alongside senior bankers.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related capital markets role. A strong academic record is required, with a bachelor's degree and a minimum 3.5 GPA from a top-tier institution preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines. Self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, high integrity, and comfort engaging with investment professionals are essential.
FT Partners offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. Total compensation may include discretionary performance awards.
