Experienced Legal Counsel or Lawyer for RO and BG
Bosch Romania is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Bucharest on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal support to Bosch entities in Romania and Bulgaria, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and procurement arrangements. Additionally, the role involves supporting Research and Development initiatives, managing corporate documentation, monitoring legislative developments, and overseeing debt recovery strategies. The position also includes representing the company before public authorities, courts, and private entities, and collaborating with external legal advisors on complex matters.
Candidates should possess a University Degree in Law, with Bar Membership being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a senior legal role within a multinational corporate legal department or a top-tier law firm is required. Applicants must have a deep understanding of Romanian civil and commercial law, EU regulations, and international legal frameworks. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
