Senior Paralegal
The Senior Paralegal at Bosch Group will support the Legal Team within the Bosch Home Comfort division, focusing on contract reviews, legal research, litigation support, and daily operational tasks. This role requires a candidate with at least seven years of paralegal experience, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment. The Senior Paralegal will collaborate closely with the in-house legal team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient legal support across the organization.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, editing, and managing standard commercial agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), distributor agreements, and purchasing contracts. The Senior Paralegal will also conduct legal and factual research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, summarizing findings in clear, concise memos for attorneys. Additional duties involve assisting in managing active litigation and pre-litigation matters, coordinating document collection and production, and supporting outside counsel by gathering internal information, preparing chronologies, and tracking deadlines.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of contract structures, legal terminology, and common commercial agreement provisions. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills are essential, along with proficiency in document-management and contract-lifecycle systems, including experience with e-signature tools. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are crucial. A Paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA program or a bachelor's degree is required.
