Legal Counsel

This includes in-licensing of software, SaaS, PaaS, and other software agreements. The role also involves providing legal advice and support to various functions regarding purchase and service-related agreements, proactively identifying and assessing potential legal risks to minimize liability exposure for the company. Candidates should possess a law degree (LLB) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Indian law college; an LLM or specialization in relevant legal fields is advantageous. A minimum of 3 years of experience in contracting, e-commerce, and digital business law is required, with prior experience in reputed law firms or as in-house counsel supporting relevant areas being highly preferred. Strong contract management and negotiation skills, proficiency in laws relating to contracting, e-commerce, IT, and digital laws, analytical thinking, effective communication, and proactive risk management are essential. The ability to collaborate across departments and work with external partners is also crucial.
