Fan Engagement Lead
The Fan Engagement Lead at Sony Music Entertainment plays a pivotal role in connecting artists with their audiences by developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans based on audience insights. This position is part of the Audience Development team, focusing on innovative marketing tactics and managing social media properties for Sony Music Latin and its artists.
Key responsibilities include overseeing regional fan engagement strategies, encompassing fan acquisition, privacy coordination, creator strategies, and partner development. The role involves contributing to global fan engagement release plans, ensuring successful local execution, leading and mentoring team members, managing budgets, and presenting campaign plans and performance to senior leadership and artists. Additionally, the position requires staying abreast of social, streaming, and fan culture trends to identify new platform activations and influencer partnerships.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with five to eight years of experience in digital marketing, audience development, CRM, or analytics within the music or entertainment sector. A minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role is required. Proficiency with CRM systems, paid media platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads, and analytics tools is essential. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are also necessary. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
