Feed Integrations Associate
Garner Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care for all. The Feed Integrations Associate will join the Feed Integrations Team, reporting directly to the Feed Integrations Manager. This role is integral to maintaining and optimizing the eligibility and claims data feeds that are foundational to Garner’s healthcare platform.
In this position, the Feed Integrations Associate will lead the implementation of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds, ensuring seamless data flow between Garner Health and its external partners. The role involves conducting in-depth data analysis to validate feed performance, troubleshoot discrepancies, and collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues for renewing clients. Additionally, the associate will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes.
Ideal candidates will possess an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solving. Experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats such as EDI 834, 837, and custom flat files, is preferred. Familiarity with data integration protocols like SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping is advantageous. Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners are essential. A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for transforming healthcare are key attributes for success in this role.
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $70,000. In addition to base compensation, the role is eligible for equity incentives and a competitive benefits package, including flexible paid time off, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k), and Teladoc Health services.
