Field Account Executive - EMEA

G-P is seeking a Field Account Executive to join their high-performing team focused on expanding market reach and addressing the international expansion needs of employers across the EMEA region. In this full-cycle outbound role, the Field Account Executive will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition by executing sophisticated multi-channel prospecting strategies, including phone, email, social selling, and video. The role involves building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, from operational champions to C-level executives, and articulating the strategic, financial, and operational benefits of G-P's global Employer of Record services. Additionally, the executive will lead complex sales cycles, manage pipeline hygiene, and collaborate with internal teams to navigate complex deal requirements.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related field, along with over five years of sales experience, including at least three years in a full-cycle, outbound-focused B2B sales role. Proficiency in modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, and experience with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are essential. Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance prospecting efficiency is also preferred.
