May Mobility is seeking a dynamic and safety-focused Field Operations Training Manager to lead a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators. This pivotal role serves as the onsite liaison between training and operations, bridging the gap between technical operations and workforce development. The position involves managing daily performance, implementing new training programs, and supporting the educational infrastructure to scale operations safely.

Key responsibilities include managing, coaching, and supporting a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators to ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The role also involves supporting onsite operations management personnel to maximize autonomous capabilities while maintaining strict safety protocols. Additionally, the manager will review and audit operator reports regarding vehicle behavior, software errors, and disengagements to provide clear, effective, and actionable feedback for engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, or Operations Management. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for at least 3 years. Experience in both operational leadership and training support is desirable, as is experience in the Autonomous Vehicle, Transportation, or Logistics industries. Proficiency with software/project management programs (e.g., Jira, Asana) and previous experience in a role requiring technical writing or technical reporting are also beneficial.
