Field Systems Support Specialist (Remote Elegible - Costa Rica)
Smartsheet is seeking a Field Systems Support Specialist to join its Field Systems Team, which focuses on developing solutions to meet the needs of the Smartsheet Field Organization. This team plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency within the business by operating scalable platforms that provide an exceptional experience for employees. The position is remote-eligible within Costa Rica, and candidates must reside in the country.
In this role, the specialist will support users' questions and inquiries regarding field and sales systems, including Salesforce, DocuSign, and others. Responsibilities include assessing incoming support requests, performing root cause analysis, managing escalation paths, administering user roles and permissions, completing data updates to troubleshoot issues, and assisting with system administration to enhance user efficiency. Additionally, the specialist will analyze incoming requests to identify patterns and suggest system improvements.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience providing technical support for enterprise software systems, with proficiency in Salesforce and other ERP systems. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a motivation to learn new software and technologies through self-guided and team training. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service to internal users is also important.
