Finance Analyst
Armada is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Finance team in Thiruvananthapuram, India. This role offers exposure to various aspects of financial operations, including accounting, compliance, treasury, and financial reporting. The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, supporting monthly close processes, and preparing management reports. The role also involves processing global vendor invoices, managing vendor payments and reconciliations, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reviewing employee expense reimbursements. Additionally, the Finance Analyst will support statutory and tax audits, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, manage payments and fund transfers, perform bank reconciliations, and support cash flow tracking and treasury operations.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations independently and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, including Ind AS and US GAAP. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing, preferably for North American companies, is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Zoho, or Oracle are also desirable. High attention to detail, an ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential qualities for this role.
Preferred qualifications include a CA, CA Intermediate with experience, CMA, or MBA in Finance, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting firms, high-growth startups, or shared service centers. This position offers exposure to both US GAAP and Ind AS, end-to-end ownership of finance operations, hands-on ERP experience, and strong audit and compliance exposure. It also provides the opportunity to work in a growing finance and tech hub in Thiruvananthapuram.
