Finance Management, Leadership Development Program
The Finance Management Leadership Development Program at Legend Biotech is a 2-3 year enterprise leadership accelerator designed for high-potential MBA graduates. Participants will engage in 3-4 strategic rotations, each lasting 8-12 months, across functions such as Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit. This structure aims to provide deep technical expertise and a broad enterprise perspective within a fast-growing, innovation-driven biotech organization.
Key responsibilities include contributing to high-impact business experiences, receiving executive mentorship, and participating in a Leadership Development Series focused on developing leadership skills at various levels. Participants will be expected to lead self and others, influence senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes. The program is structured to empower early-career talent to take on meaningful challenges and expand their impact within the organization.
Candidates should be recent MBA graduates (Class of 2023–2026) with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and analytical rigor is required. Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Additionally, candidates should exhibit leadership potential and have aspirations to grow into Director-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
The base salary for this position ranges from $81,273 to $106,669 USD annually. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and/or equity for eligible roles.
