Finance Operations Process & Automation Lead

Lighthouse is seeking a Finance Operations Process & Automation Lead to spearhead the transformation of its financial operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Operations, this role involves leading the FinOps Projects team to enhance and automate the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor the FinOps Projects team, oversee the end-to-end Q2C process, and drive the automation roadmap by identifying opportunities and implementing AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities also include integrating billing systems from newly acquired companies and developing data-driven business cases to demonstrate the impact of process improvements.

Applicants should have a strong background in finance operations, process improvement, and automation, with experience in managing teams and leading complex projects. Proficiency in AI technologies and a track record of successful system integrations are highly desirable.
