Walleye Capital is seeking a candidate for the Finance, Treasury & Operations position in New York, NY. The Finance, Treasury & Operations role involves daily involvement in portfolio finance, with a focus on stock loan and equity financing. The candidate will provide real-time stock loan market insights and trends to portfolio managers, manage daily collateral requirements and firm liquidity, and regularly interact with key stakeholders including portfolio managers, central teams, and counterparties. Additionally, the role includes analyzing firm and counterparty risks using quantitative methods and general heuristics, executing Treasury-related projects and organizational initiatives, and actively contributing to strategic initiatives of the Treasury department.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of markets experience, preferably with recent buyside exposure. Deep knowledge of US equity funding markets, options, synthetics, futures, FX, and fixed income financing is essential. The candidate should be curious and motivated to learn about new products, funding structures, and strategies. A highly analytical mindset with excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail is required. Initiative to push forward strategic goals and projects with some oversight is important. Experience coding or a demonstrated interest is a big plus, as is familiarity with AI tools.

The expected base salary for this New York, New York based position is $125,000 - $200,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
