FinTech Lawyer

Axiom is seeking a FinTech Lawyer to provide transactional and regulatory counsel on digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), decentralized finance, and other complex financial products. This role involves advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and opportunities, focusing on state and federal regulations, licensing, and examinations. The position requires structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements with various financial institutions and partners, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.
