FPA Manager
As an FP&A Manager at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining corporate financial model inputs, overseeing monthly financial close processes, and fulfilling reporting and analytics requirements. This position involves close collaboration with the Product (R&D) organizations to enhance the accuracy and comprehension of budgets, forecasts, and analyses. Additionally, you will support the Product team through pricing analysis and product roadmap prioritization.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards to facilitate informed business decisions. You will be expected to build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial planning and analysis. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing scalable solutions to enhance financial operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or related fields, with a proven track record of supporting executive leadership within an R&D environment at a SaaS company. Proficiency in creating robust financial analyses and models, particularly using Excel, is essential. A solid understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles is required, along with the ability to effectively communicate and apply these concepts across the organization.
Conga offers a competitive compensation package, with a U.S. base salary range of $121,692 to $194,708, determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
