Fraud Operations Manager

The company is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to oversee and enhance its fraud prevention strategies, ensuring a secure and seamless experience for its users.

In this role, the Fraud Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fraud detection systems, creating response workflows, and continuously improving fraud models. The position involves managing the entire fraud program, including chargeback and dispute operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate fraud prevention measures without compromising user experience.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in fraud operations, payments risk, or trust and safety, preferably within fintech, payments, or marketplace environments. Proficiency in managing chargebacks, disputes, and fraud investigations at scale is essential, along with strong analytical skills to interpret transaction data and identify patterns. Experience with AI tools for automation and familiarity with payment processors and fraud detection tools are also desirable.

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
