Fulfillment Analyst
The Fulfillment Analyst at SRS Acquiom plays a critical role in managing the dissemination of confidential, legally required information to security holders during M&A transactions. This position ensures that information is relayed accurately and timely, adhering to individual deal guidelines, and supports the solicitation process leading up to transaction closings and payouts. The role is integral to the Operations Department and reports to the Fulfillment Managers.
Key responsibilities include interpreting capitalization tables, drafting data import instructions, and executing steps outlined in instruction letters for the release of escrow funds. The analyst will formulate appropriate processing methods based on deal types, build online document templates for security holders, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations. Additional duties involve sending mass solicitation announcements, creating status reports, reconciling deals prior to payment, and identifying process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, discretion, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and function both collaboratively and autonomously is essential. A background of 2-5 years in operations or production services, preferably within the financial services industry, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also necessary. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
