Fulfillment Coordinator-I

The Fulfillment Coordinator-I at Verra Mobility is responsible for performing physical tasks involved in the preparation, shipping, receiving, storing, and other order fulfillment duties for transponders and tolling equipment. This role also coordinates activities across vendors, purchasing, and business partner teams to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include unpacking and verifying goods received against purchase orders or invoices, preparing and assembling kits for customer fulfillment, conducting final quality control checks, and managing the shipping of all shipments. The coordinator inspects stock, distributes materials in inventory, performs warehouse and inventory control processes such as auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory, and systematically records inventory transactions, including material returns to stock. Additionally, the role may involve data entry and handling exceptions or expedited orders.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line is preferred. The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude, multitask, maintain high productivity and quality standards, and closely follow instructions. A team player with high attention to detail is essential. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and experience using office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, and printers. Proficiency in navigating internet-based system screens is necessary.
