The Senior Game Integrity Analyst at Rush Street Interactive is responsible for ensuring the fairness and security of poker gameplay. This role involves proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving complex integrity threats, including bot activity, collusion, and the use of third-party tools. As a senior member of the team, the analyst provides advanced analytical insights and supports the continuous improvement of game integrity tools and processes.

Key responsibilities include analyzing player activity and gameplay data to detect suspicious behavior patterns, leading complex investigations into flagged or reported player activities, and ensuring timely enforcement of integrity policies. The analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Risk, Payments, and Marketing to address integrity-related inquiries and enhance the overall player experience.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline, though this is preferred and not required. A minimum of two years' experience in game integrity or related roles, preferably within poker, is essential. A deep understanding of poker game integrity issues, strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent problem-solving skills are also required. Fluency in English and the ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, are necessary.
