General Counsel - DC

This role is integral to the company's expansion and requires a strategic leader to manage complex legal structures and transactions.

The General Counsel will be responsible for designing and maintaining a coherent legal structure that spans multiple entities, ensuring tax efficiency, liability containment, and operational clarity. Key duties include structuring and establishing the fund and its related vehicles, leading legal execution of acquisitions and roll-ups, and managing commercial contracts and intellectual property. Additionally, the role involves overseeing governance and compliance across the organization.

Candidates should possess significant experience in transactional law, particularly in structuring and managing complex legal entities and transactions.
