General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a dedicated Pre-Suit Attorney to join our Orlando office. This role offers the opportunity to make critical decisions and significantly contribute to the firm's growth. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will positively impact clients' lives by guiding them through the process of pursuing justice.

In this position, you will handle all aspects of pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing the release approval process. You will also lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases related to general liability. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), Personal Injury Protection (PIP) statements, and recorded statements.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
