Gestionnaire de chantiers - Génie Civil - GC - Hainaut

As a Site Manager in Civil Engineering at SOCOGETRA, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, you will oversee the execution of construction projects in the Hainaut region. In this role, you will determine execution methods and project schedules, ensuring efficient organization in collaboration with site supervisors. You will represent the company in meetings with clients, manage contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee all technical, financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of your projects. Maintaining close monitoring of project progress and profitability is essential.

The ideal candidate holds an industrial or civil engineering degree in construction or an equivalent qualification, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. Strong technical and administrative skills in comprehensive site management are required, along with an innovative mindset, initiative, developed leadership, motivation, rigor, and methodical approach. Effective negotiation skills are also essential.
