Additionally, the position requires requesting and monitoring utility plans, organizing work sites by ordering materials and managing stock, conducting field surveys of installations using manual and GPS methods, and ensuring the accurate documentation and return of as-built plans to clients.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential, and familiarity with GIPOD, OSIRIS, and POWALCO is advantageous. Fluency in French is required, while knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus. The role demands flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to integrate socially within the team. Experience with drawing software like AutoCAD and a technical background or affinity with the sector are also beneficial. A valid driver's license (Category B) is necessary for field surveys.
