Global Events Working Student

Celonis is seeking a Global Events Working Student to join our dynamic Brand & Event Marketing team. As a leader in Process Intelligence technology, Celonis is dedicated to transforming business processes through AI and data-driven solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission by supporting the planning and execution of impactful events that showcase our innovative technologies.

In this position, you will assist in organizing and managing various workstreams for our flagship event, Celosphere, a multimillion-euro conference attended by over 3,000 participants. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with multiple departments, managing internal projects, and ensuring seamless execution of event elements from inception to completion. Additionally, you will optimize processes, document workflows, and report on success metrics to enhance future events.

The ideal candidate is a current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Events, or a related field, with prior experience in marketing or event management being advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders and coordinating projects effectively. A proactive attitude, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to remain composed under pressure during event days are crucial. Willingness to travel for on-site event support is also required.
