Working Student AI & Management Consulting (Nordics)
As a Working Student in AI & Management Consulting at Celonis, you will join the Value Engineering team, focusing on identifying and delivering value to customers in the Nordics region. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, dedicated to enhancing business processes through advanced AI capabilities.
In this role, you will analyze customer data to increase transparency in business processes, understand customer pain points, and translate them into actionable use cases within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate with customers and partners to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve their business objectives. Additionally, you will quantify the financial impact of implemented use cases, prepare management-ready presentations, and present findings to C-level executives and decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Technology & Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program. Strong communication skills and an interest in interacting with potential customers are essential. Experience in consulting and a strong interest in data analytics are highly valued. Proficiency in SQL and Python or related database query languages is beneficial, and completion of Celonis "Rising Star" modules would be a plus. An analytical mindset, the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively are important. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Nordic languages such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is advantageous. Availability for at least 6-8 months, ideally longer, is preferred.
