The Global Senior Leave of Absence & Time Off Business Partner at Wolt is a pivotal role within the People Team, dedicated to managing and optimizing the company's global leave of absence and time off policies. Day-to-day responsibilities revolve around building, administering, and continuously improving global policies and processes for all types of leave, including parental, medical, sabbatical, and local statutory leave requirements. The Senior Business Partner works cross-functionally with HR, payroll, legal, and local business leaders to ensure seamless leave administration, support complex individual cases, and address employee queries. In addition, this role drives the implementation of leave-related projects and acts as a subject matter expert on international leave and absence matters.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience in global leave administration and employee relations, preferably within a fast-paced, international environment. Key qualifications include deep knowledge of leave-related legal and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions, excellent project management skills, and an ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, scalable processes. Strong stakeholder management skills, a people-centric approach, and fluency in English are also critical for success in this position.
