Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager

Neo4j, a leading graph intelligence platform, is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Tax and Treasury to oversee tax compliance, planning, and treasury operations for its rapidly growing enterprise software company. This pivotal role involves managing global tax compliance calendars, including U.S. federal, state, and local income and franchise taxes, as well as international corporate income taxes, sales and use taxes, and VAT/GST across various jurisdictions. The position also entails managing global tax advisors and coordinating the preparation and review of income tax returns, estimated payments, extensions, tax audits, and other tax authority inquiries. Additionally, the role includes leading the income tax provision process under ASC 740, encompassing deferred taxes, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, tax account reconciliations, and supporting the annual financial statement audit.
