Government Contracts and Commercial Senior Counsel

Stoke Space is seeking a Government Contracts and Commercial Senior Counsel to join their legal team. This role involves leading the end-to-end government contracting process, including advising on federal contract proposals and terms, leading negotiations, and overseeing contract administration. The Senior Counsel will also establish and maintain a robust government contracts compliance program, drafting and implementing company-wide policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and customer contract provisions. Additionally, the role supports broader aspects of the legal function, including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements such as software license agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
