Canonical is seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support its APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a globally-minded HR function within a leading open-source software company. The position is remote, allowing for collaboration with a diverse team across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities include providing HR support by addressing team members' inquiries regarding employment and contracts, maintaining the HR information system with accuracy, and managing global projects related to engagement, training, or cultural initiatives. The role also involves partnering with managers and employees to drive HR processes and the people strategy, processing new hires with country-specific onboarding documentation, and supporting benefits enrollment and payroll processes.

Candidates should have a strong academic record from high school through graduate studies. Internship experience in an HR or People team, preferably within the technology industry, is beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage complex workloads under pressure, and a self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy are essential. A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data are also required.

Compensation is shaped by geographical location, experience, and performance, with annual reviews to recognize outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, a performance-driven annual bonus is offered.
