Capital on Tap is seeking up to five graduates to join their 18-month Graduate Programme starting in September 2026. The programme offers three six-month rotations across core analytical teams, including risk, growth, fraud, business operations, funding, financial crime, and financial planning and analysis. Based in the London (Moorgate) office, participants will engage in real projects, solving actual problems, and impacting real customers.
During the programme, graduates will work closely with various stakeholders, contributing to strategic initiatives and gaining exposure to different facets of the business. The role emphasizes ownership, with an expectation that tasks are completed as agreed upon. Regular feedback is provided to support professional growth and development.
Ideal candidates should have a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, completed in 2025 or 2026. A curious problem-solving mindset, self-starter attitude, and the ability to take ownership are essential. Proficiency in SQL or Python is valued, with an emphasis on logical thinking over coding expertise.
Compensation includes healthcare benefits, including dental and optician services, worldwide travel insurance, and an anniversary reward scheme. Additional perks comprise a salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to a 7% match, 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an annual learning and wellbeing budget, enhanced parental leave, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, six free therapy sessions per year, dog-friendly offices, and free drinks and snacks in the office.
