Graduate Trainee, HR (UAE National Only)

The Graduate Trainee, HR (UAE National Only) position at Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, is designed to support the organization's Emiratisation goals by effectively recruiting, onboarding, and developing UAE National employees. This role is integral to the company's long-term talent strategy and growth, ensuring the successful integration and retention of local talent within the organization.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets, sourcing and screening UAE National candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an updated database of applicants. The trainee will also support participation in career fairs and university engagement activities, facilitate onboarding formalities, coordinate with internal departments for smooth integration, address employment-related queries, and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assign and track training courses.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and demonstrate effective communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
