Group Digital & Innovation Manager
BESIX Watpac, an Australian multi-disciplinary construction company and a subsidiary of the international BESIX Group, is seeking a Group Digital & Innovation Manager to lead its digital transformation initiatives. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is pivotal in implementing innovative technologies and methodologies that drive operational excellence, agility, and sustainable growth.
The Group Digital & Innovation Manager will be responsible for defining a progressive digital and innovation strategy aligned with organizational priorities. Key duties include developing a comprehensive roadmap through effective stakeholder engagement, delivering forward-thinking digital solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, and partnering with various stakeholders to identify and implement innovative opportunities. Additionally, the role involves leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions and monitoring emerging technologies to bolster operational effectiveness and market distinction.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in leading innovation, transformation, or strategic initiatives within large organizations. Demonstrated experience in driving digital strategy, strong commercial acumen, analytical abilities, project delivery capabilities including change leadership, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
