Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with local programmatic platforms and measurement providers, familiarity with DSP and exchange revenue streams, and existing relationships with publishers and data providers in the local market. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is also crucial.
